Welcome to the Centre for Integrative Mental Health.
We're a mental health clinic in Oakville, Ontario, and our goal is to provide you with world-class assessment and treatment for ADHD.
We use an 'Integrative' approach. This means that we look at each person in a holistic way, and take the best treatments from any modality which can help - which can include psychiatric care, psychological care as well as lifestyle and other treatments. We take the time to get to know you well, including your strengths. Even though you are coming because of a concern or symptoms, you also have many strengths and we will help to identify them and encourage them.
Our goal is to find the best treatment for you, to improve your functioning and help you to get on track with your goals and dreams.
Our team is an inter-disciplinary team - meaning we have different professionals who can work together to support your care. We each use our knowledge and experience from different perspectives to give you the best assessment and recommendations possible.
Our treatment team includes: a Psychiatrist, a Psychologist, Registered Social Workers, and Registered Psychotherapists. The psychiatrist is covered by OHIP, and the other professionals are private pay, though many extended health plans will cover some or all of their services.
